Our method

Before any recommendation, an analysis

A strong résumé does not approve on its own. What approves or denies a case is the strategy with which it is assembled: which category it was placed in, which pieces of evidence were chosen, how the story was told, and what was left out. That is why our work does not start by offering you a category. It starts with an in-depth study of your case — and only then says which path your story best supports.

  1. 01

    Free evaluation

A screening conversation with our team. At the end, you know whether the case moves forward to legal analysis, what to organize, and whether there are immediate deadlines or risks.

  2. 02

    In-depth legal analysis

The attorney checks possible categories, the evidence you have, the evidence that is missing and where the case would be fragile today. It is the step that most influences the outcome.

  3. 03

    Strategy building

In writing and in clear language: recommended path, discarded options and reasons, what to gather and in which order. If it is not yet time to file, you hear that.

  4. 04

    Handling and follow-through

Petition prepared with rigor, deadlines under control and continuous visibility through to the decision.

The limits of what we control

No practice controls the U.S. government’s decision. No timeline is promised, because the decision timeline is not ours. What we control — and where we put our work — is the quality of the strategy and the rigor of the preparation.
