Fees, Cancellation & Refund Policy

No payment is processed through this public website.

Services are engaged after the free evaluation and, when applicable, a written engagement agreement.

Fees are quoted in USD before any charge. Government fees and third-party costs are separate from attorney fees.

The free 30-minute evaluation booked through this site has no charge. If a paid legal consultation is recommended after the evaluation, it is a separate service: the price and conditions are presented in writing before any contracting. A scheduled paid consultation may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are non-refundable. Refund requests are answered within 2 business days.
